It provides an optically crystal clear barrier designed for qPCR and fluorescence imaging, with adhesive capsules that release adhesive only where pressure is applied to well rims. The product is intended for sealing microplates during qPCR, fluorescence-based assays and sample storage while maintaining optical clarity and solvent resistance.
